My debut book is now available in stores. This book focuses on what it means to be from a mixed heritage background, reflecting on my own background as a person of South African and British heritage, born in Eswatini.
The book follows my sister, niece and nephew and the challenges and joys we face as a mixed heritage family, with a reflection on the question we get asked most often; where are you from?
Meadow & Marley’s Magical Mix was released in June 2022. In partnership with Little Steps Publishing.
Illustrations by Natalie Creed
This book is for children and their parents who will benefit from being equipped to face regular curiosity around where they are 'from'. As the fastest growing race in the UK and in many parts of the world, I want all mixed heritage children and families to know that they can stand in pride for their unique magical mixes.
